Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management under the guidance of the Regional Manager.

You will lead operations, ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies, develop annual budgets, monitor rent collections, and implement resident retention plans while maintaining exceptional service and property appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Personnel Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff
• Train and coach staff to meet performance benchmarks
• Prepare weekly/daily staff schedules and assignments
• Address performance issues and document accordingly
• Promote staff harmony and quality performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts
• Monitor deposits, rent collections, and charges for timely submission
• Monitor vendor invoices for timely processing
• Ensure property closeout and financial reports are accurate
• Develop yearly marketing plans and leasing strategies
• Maintain resident satisfaction and retention programs
• Show, lease, and move-in residents
• Prepare leasing reporting and dashboards on a timely basis
• Lead emergency response and on-site safety operations
• Maintain property appearance and timely repairs
• Plan and manage resources and supplier bids
• Direct maintenance and rehabilitation activities to ensure quality

Educación

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
