Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, supervising staff, leasing, maintenance, and financials under the Regional Manager. As the on-site leader, you will manage staff, leasing activities, budgets, and resident relations to ensure high-quality service and compliance with policy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise on-site staff and coordinate leasing activities.
• Understanding of fair housing laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with property management software and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations of the housing community and staff.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff according to company directives.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Direct marketing, vacancies, resident relations, and retention programs.
