Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations and staff for a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, and administration while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will develop annual operating budgets, monitor deposits and rents, manage marketing plans, and drive resident satisfaction through effective retention programs and proactive

Qualifications

• Must have strong people management and staff development skills.
• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Basic budgeting, financial reporting, and operating expense control.
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff under Regional Manager.
• Monitor leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Develop yearly budgets and revenue/expense forecasts.
• Lead marketing plans and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
