Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee housing community operations on-site, supervising staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities. You will ensure compliance with policies, safety, fair housing guidelines, and risk management under the supervision of the Regional Manager.

The role emphasizes personnel oversight, resident relations, and budget management, with strong emphasis on service quality and compliance within a dynamic real estate platform.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Personnel Management and on-site staff supervision.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Train, counsel, and guide staff to meet Asset benchmarks.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor deposits, rent collections, and charges.
• Monitor vendor invoices and property financial reporting.
• Lead marketing and leasing efforts and ensure lease documentation is up to date.
• Manage resident complaints and retention programs.
• Oversee administrative, leasing, and maintenance reporting; head emergency team.

Formation

High School Diploma or Equivalent
