Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, handle leasing, maintenance, and financial tasks, while ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires managing budgets, developing marketing plans, and implementing resident retention programs to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Experience with on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation due to on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and operations to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Lead scheduling, training, coaching, and development of on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor invoices to optimize NOI.
• Develop yearly operating plans, leasing strategies, and resident retention initiatives.
