Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management to ensure compliance and performance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of housing industry experience; or equivalent combination.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
