Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a housing community on-site, leading staff, leasing, maintenance, and daily operations. The role focuses on delivering strong resident service, financial discipline, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, growing portfolio.

As the on-site leader, you will implement leasing strategies, manage budgets, and ensure safety and fair housing standards are met, while fostering a collaborative team environment and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred; or 1–2 years related housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff and ensure adherence to policies.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and financial operations.
• Develop annual operating budgets and forecasting.
• Monitor safety, risk management, and compliance.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention programs.
