Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee the full operation of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision. You will lead personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration and risk management while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.

You will supervise staff, develop budgets, manage leasing activities, monitor rent collections, and coordinate vendor invoices.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Manage all phases of property operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management
• Supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and procedures
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices
• Plan yearly marketing and leasing strategies and ensure leases are signed and documented
• Head emergency team for the property and coordinate maintenance and repair work to minimize liability
• Ensure property looks well maintained and conduct regular inspections
