Puma Biotechnology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist to develop territory plans and drive adoption of our oncology product in Manhattan, Brooklyn and surrounding areas.

This role requires building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to promote the approved indication. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
• Experience in oncology and/or rare disease.
• Proven track record of results in competitive markets.
• Market Access or Reimbursement experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive results through strategic territory plans.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes robust territory business plans.
• Meets or exceeds sales goals and brand KPIs.
• Builds long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and office managers.
• Promotes the oncology product and educates HCPs on benefits.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners (clinical, marketing, account management).
• Plans promotional speaker programs and monitors costs.
