Puma Biotechnology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist to drive adoption and utilization of our first commercial oncology product across a multi-city territory including Los Angeles and Hawaii.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
• Experience in oncology and/or rare disease.
• Proven track record of results.
• Driving results in a competitive market.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes robust territory business plans.
• Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals, KPIs and MBP.
• Develops and manages long-term relationships with physicians and key stakeholders.
• Conducts compelling discussions with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Utilizes approved resources and messages to meet goals.
• Interacts with stakeholders, presenting product features and benefits.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners (clinical educators, marketers, account managers, MSLs).
• Plans and organizes promotional speaker programs with vendors.
• Communicates competitive intelligence to brand teams.
• Monitors costs and ensures activities align with policies.
