Job summary

Puma Biotechnology is seeking a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our first commercial oncology product in the Los Angeles area. You will develop and execute territory business plans, meet sales goals, and build long-term relationships with physicians, nurses and office staff across LA, Torrance, Mission Hills, Santa Monica and beyond.

The role requires 6+ years of pharma/biotech oncology sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience.
• Experience in oncology and/or rare disease preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving results.
• Market Access or reimbursement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes robust territory business plans.
• Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals and KPIs.
• Builds long-term relationships with physicians, nurses and office staff.
• Conducts compelling discussions to promote the approved oncology product.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners (Marketing, MSLs, etc.).
• Plans promotional speaker programs and monitors budget.
• Communicates competitive intelligence to brand teams and management.
