Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device sales experience
• Strong analytics with budget planning and management
• Ability to foster relationships with senior management and external partners
• Willing to travel up to 75%
• Lead key account management for complex customers (IDNs, academic institutions, hospitals)
• Launch experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Rare disease/oncology/hematology experience
• Previous account management experience
• MBA or graduate degree considered a plus
• Omni-channel balance of in-person promotion with digital assets

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze territory level sales data
• Provide feedback to marketing on selling materials and programs
• Support key accounts within the geography via cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with other account managers across the country
• Engage care teams and manage adverse event mitigation within accounts
• Educate patient care teams on product initiation and protocols
• Attend local oncology society meetings and related events
• Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for entry into facilities in the territory
