AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to drive the launch and promotion of a new oncology drug, building productive relationships with healthcare professionals to enable adoption across diverse care settings.

The role requires a dynamic sales leader with deep pharmaceutical experience, strong analytics, and readiness to travel, with opportunities to collaborate across oncology teams and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device sales.
• Strong analytics with budget planning and management.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with senior management and external partners.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• History of lead key account management teams for complex customers such as IDNs, Academic Institutions, Hospitals, Large Groups practices.
• Launch experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Rare disease/oncology/hematology experience.
• Omni channel experience balance in person promotion with digital assets and other mediums to amplify share of voice to key customers.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyze territory level sales data.
• Proactively communicate with the marketing team through ongoing feedback on the development and implementation of effective selling materials.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to support key accounts within the geography.
• Teamwork with other account managers across the country.
• Key account management that engages the entire care team and adverse event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
• Educate patient care teams about initiation and managing patients per protocols associated with the product.
• Attend and actively participate in local oncology society meetings, conferences, patient programs, support groups, advocacy events, etc.
• Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for entry into facilities and organizations in the territory.
