Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in pharmaceutical/medical device sales.
• Strong analytics and business acumen.
• Ability to foster relationships with senior management and external partners.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Launch experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Rare disease/oncology/hematology experience.
• Omni channel experience balancing in person promotion with digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze territory level sales data.
• Proactively communicate with the marketing team on selling materials.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to support key accounts within the geography.
• Teamwork with other account managers across the country.
• Key account management engaging the care team and adverse event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
• Educate patient care teams about initiation and managing patients per product protocols.
• Attend and participate in oncology society meetings, conferences, patient programs and events.
• Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for entry into facilities in the territory.
