Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, and Access/system issues for current employees, plus Chargeback oversight and reporting across Clinical and Government Services.

The role ensures new colleagues are onboarded and able to perform their duties, managing staffing for 3000 profiles and seasonal staff of 1200–1400, plus equipment orders and problem resolution with internal partners.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, on-boarding, and/or PBM experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel including Formulas V look-ups.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight (Colleague Database Maintenance, Equipment Ordering, Equipment Returns, Chargeback Process, Reporting).
• Work with Operational Leadership and HR to understand staffing changes and impact on reports and tools.
• Lead projects and diagnose complex business challenges, coordinating with other Shared Service teams.
