PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Lead Onboarding Specialist to guide customers from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, ensuring a smooth transition to our Unified Customer Experience solutions.

You will own project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal partners while leveraging your SaaS expertise and restaurant technology domain knowledge.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of SaaS onboarding or related experience.
• Experience with restaurant technology or QSR industry preferred.
• Strong project management and technical fluency with SaaS platforms.
