Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Senior Analyst to support Hiring, Onboarding, Access issues, and Workday functions across Clinical and Government Services. The role oversees onboarding for about 3,000 employees and 1,200–1,400 seasonal staff, coordinates equipment orders, and resolves access problems with IT and IAM.

Collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition and IT, you will produce reports, identify risks, and drive process improvements to keep staffing data accurate.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Customer Service, clinical operations, onboarding, and/or PBM experience.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel including Formulas and VLOOKUPs.
• Proficient in data collection and data entry.
• Able to lead projects and create/update work instructions.
• Ability to collaborate with operations and Shared Service teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding Oversight (Colleague Database Maintenance, Equipment Ordering, Equipment Returns, Chargeback Process, Reporting).
• Collaborate with Operational Leadership, Resource Planning, and other partners to understand staffing changes and reporting needs.
• Lead team projects, diagnose and resolve complex business challenges with cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist and lead Access Issue Resolution (Ticket Management, Troubleshooting, IAM/IT coordination).
• Participate in ad hoc and regular meetings on onboarding and hiring topics.
• Maintain Employee Profile information via databases and coordinate training/equipment setup.
