Job summary

Worldwide TechServices LLC is seeking a Dynamic Server Support professional to provide customer-facing technical support for desktops, laptops, and servers across client sites. You will handle service calls, perform troubleshooting, and ensure timely communication and reporting.

The role requires the ability to drive to client locations, lift equipment up to 50 lbs, and maintain OEM certifications, with 0–2 years of related experience preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is typically required.
• Prev. customer service or client-facing experience is a plus.
• OEM certifications and valid driver license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within SLA.
• Meet customer satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks per policies.
• Submit real-time reports of calls as required.
