Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic Server Support technician to provide customer support for desktop, laptop, and server equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, responding to service calls, and ensuring timely resolution under client SLAs.

Travel to client sites is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bring a basic repair tool kit. The position emphasizes strong communication and adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
• Follow policies and guidelines for successful client service delivery.
• Ensure asset and inventory control with timely parts turnaround.
• Report activity accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to safety policies and daily guidelines.
