Job summary

Worldwide TechServices seeks an on-site Dynamic Server Support specialist to diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and related equipment. You will interact with clients, address issues promptly, and document all service activities according to policy.

A technical school certification and 0–2 years’ experience are typical prerequisites, with OEM certifications valued. Responsibilities include driving to client locations, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., and ensuring timely service

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• OEM certifications preferred and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Respond to service calls within client SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Document and report all activity accurately and timely.
• Maintain asset and inventory control per client agreements.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines.
• Additional duties as needed to meet business needs.
