Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support professional. This senior role conducts basic to complex troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, servers, and related equipment while directly engaging with clients to diagnose issues and provide timely resolutions.

Travel to client locations (with overnight stays when required), ensure service calls are completed within SLAs, document every step, and uphold safety policies.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call.
• Follow policies and guide relating to service delivery.
• Manage assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
