Job summary

Worldwide TechServices seeks a Dynamic Server Support professional to provide client-facing technical support for desktops, laptops, and servers. You will respond to service calls, perform troubleshooting, and communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues in a timely manner.

The role requires basic repair tooling, ability to travel to client locations, and adherence to company safety and service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience is common for this role.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks per policies.
• Document real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow established policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Manage assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
