Qualifications

• 4 years of property management experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 6 months of prior sales and leasing experience.
• Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations and profitability of the community.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and community operations.
• Inspect and recommend purchase and renovation of homes.
• Prepare sites for home models.
