Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction at the Merritt Island community. The role requires 24/7 on-call availability, managing leasing, sales of homes, and budgeting while leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

The candidate should have 2+ years in property management with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a working knowledge of NetSuite and MS Office. On-site housing is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 2 years in property management experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience (Required).
• 6 months in prior sales and leasing experience (Required).
• NetSuite knowledge (Preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Markets models, pre-owned & brokered homes for sale and prepares documents to list and sell.
• Manages rent collection, postings, deposits, and delinquent debts.
• Handles delinquencies and eviction proceedings per Sun policies.
• Monitors and approves invoices for operating expenses and sales costs.
• Resolves complaints promptly and offers compliant solutions.
• Oversees team selection, development, and policy adherence.
