Sun Outdoors in Florida seeks a Senior Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, budgeting, marketing, and property maintenance, delivering exceptional guest and resident experiences.

You will lead leasing and sales of homes, manage collections, compliance with fair housing laws, and supervise a team to maintain Sun’s curb appeal and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months in sales and leasing experience preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in property management or resort settings.
• General knowledge of property maintenance.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough knowledge of fair housing and employment laws.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, internet, MS Office).
• Flexibility for after-hours coverage.
• On-site housing may be provided.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily resort operations and profitability.
• Lead leasing and sales of homes to guests and residents.
• Manage rent collection and delinquency processes.
• Handle evictions per company policy and law.
• Coordinate lease renewals and notices.
• Supervise team hiring, training, and policy adherence.
• Review residency applications and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and fair housing laws.
• Maintain resort appearance to Sun standards.
• Monitor invoices and operating expenses.
• Consult with RVP on strategic actions.
• Balance RV income nightly and oversee related accounting.
• Inspect and approve purchases/renovations of homes.
• Market homes and coordinate advertiser campaigns.
• Develop marketing plans with RVP and manage budgets.
