Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors in Sanford, FL seeks a Community Manager to oversee operations, financials, and resident satisfaction. This role requires 24/7 on-call availability and acts as the primary contact for residents.

You will supervise leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and team performance, driving marketing efforts and ensuring fair housing compliance. On-site housing is provided, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years in property management leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business preferred
• Ability to read/write/speak English and Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Markets homes and coordinates sales/listing documents.
• Manages rent collection and delinquent accounts.
• Oversees maintenance, budgeting, and vendor relations.
• Ensures compliance with fair housing and employment laws.
• Leads team performance and resident relations.
• Prepares sites for models and move-ins; supports renewals.
