Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. seeks a Senior Resident Project Representative (RPR) to serve as the Engineer's primary field representative during construction.

You will liaise among Owners, Engineers, Contractors, and regulatory agencies, performing construction observation, QA oversight, documentation, and schedule monitoring. The role requires 8+ years in construction administration or related fields, with strong ability to read plans and interpret contract documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction administration, construction observation, inspection, infrastructure projects, or engineering consulting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, shop drawings, schedules, and contract documents.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer's on-site representative throughout construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and conformance with approved plans, specifications, permits, and contract requirements.
• Maintain continuous communication with project management and engineering staff regarding project status, risks, and field conditions.
• Provide objective observations and recommendations concerning construction progress and compliance.
• Support project delivery objectives while maintaining professional independence and contractual authority limitations.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to support efficient project execution.
