Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. seeks a Senior Resident Project Representative (RPR) to serve as the Engineer's primary field representative during construction.

You will act as a crucial liaison among the Owner, Engineer, Contractor, and regulators, providing construction observation, contract administration support, and QA oversight to ensure compliance with plans and regulatory requirements. The role requires extensive knowledge of contract administration, construction observation

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of construction practices and documentation.
• Experience with contract administration and QA oversight.
• Ability to read plans, specs, shop drawings, and schedules.
• Strong coordination with Owners, Engineers, Contractors, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer's on-site representative throughout construction activities.
• Monitor progress for conformance with plans, permits, and contract requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with project management and engineering staff.
• Provide objective observations and recommendations on progress and compliance.
• Support delivery objectives while maintaining independence and authority limits.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
• Mentor junior inspectors and field personnel.
