Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Resident Project Representative (RPR) to serve as the Engineer's on-site field representative during construction, coordinating with Owner, Engineer, Contractor and regulators.

The role emphasizes construction observation, contract administration support, quality assurance, and meticulous project documentation, with travel to project sites. A Civil Engineering-related degree and 8+ years in construction administration are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction administration
• Degree preferred in Civil Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of EJCDC contract documents and construction administration
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
• NICET, ICC, ACI, DOT Inspector, OSHA or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer's on-site representative during construction.
• Monitor progress for conformance with plans, specs, permits, and contract requirements.
• Maintain communication with project management and engineering staff regarding status and field conditions.
• Provide objective observations and recommendations on construction progress and compliance.
• Coordinate among Owners, Contractors, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor junior inspectors and support field staff development.
