Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking a Senior Resident Project Representative (RPR) to serve as the Engineer's primary field representative during construction and liaise between Owner, Engineer, Contractor, and regulators. The RPR ensures QA oversight, documentation, and compliance with contract documents and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in construction administration, field observations, and project coordination, with NICET/ICC/ACI/DOT/OSHA

Qualifications

• Requires extensive knowledge of construction practices and contract administration.
• Experience with EJCDC contract documents and public infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, shop drawings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Relevant certifications (NICET, ICC, ACI, DOT Inspector, OSHA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer's on-site representative during construction.
• Monitor progress and conformance with plans, permits and contract requirements.
• Maintain communication with project management and staff on status and risks.
• Provide observations and recommendations on progress and compliance.
• Support project delivery while maintaining professional independence.
