Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. seeks a Senior Resident Project Representative (RPR) to serve as the Engineer's primary field representative during construction.

This on-site role requires coordinating with Owners, Engineers, Contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure work complies with plans, specifications, permits, and contract documents. The successful candidate will have 8+ years in construction administration and observation, read and interpret plans, and support QA/QC,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction administration and observation.
• Experience as a Resident Project Representative or similar on infrastructure projects.
• Reading and interpreting plans, specs, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer's on-site representative during construction.
• Monitor progress for compliance with plans, permits, and contract requirements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with project management and engineering staff.
• Provide objective observations and recommendations on progress and quality.
