Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume copying and finishing equipment, perform basic maintenance, and support mail and shipping tasks on site.

You will manage service calls, assist with reception duties as needed, and ensure equipment uptime for customers. The role requires strong communication skills, basic IT proficiency, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking quality via daily inspections.
• Performs setup of equipment as prescribed by the customer (toner add, stocks paper, etc).
• Performs duties of scanning and/or imaging documents.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Delivers completed jobs to predetermined customer locations within and outside of the site.
