Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume copy machinery, perform maintenance and support at customer sites in New Albany, IN. The role includes setup, scanning, mailing duties and light reception tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 1-2 years related experience and proficiency in MS Office. Driving may be required, and occasional overtime can occur.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate high volume/production copy machines and perform binding and finishing.
• Ensure convenience copiers are working properly, check quality via daily inspections, clear jams.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and elevate calls to technicians.
• Set up equipment per customer instructions (toner, stock paper).
• Perform scanning/imaging of documents and mail/distribution tasks.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Travel between customer's buildings as needed.
• Respond to customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.
