Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Industrial Superintendent in North Attleborough, MA to lead on-site construction activities for industrial projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, maintain schedules, ensure quality, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 7+ years of field supervision in industrial settings, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to read construction drawings. OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of on-site superintendent experience in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy commercial environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in active facilities and read construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily field operations on industrial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and self-perform crews.
• Develop and maintain short-term work plans that support project schedules.
• Ensure all work follows plans, specs, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Conduct routine safety meetings, site inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and client representatives.
• Monitor productivity, workforce planning, and construction sequencing.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts and risk.
• Oversee quality control and project standards.
• Maintain project documentation and progress updates.
• Manage commissioning activities, punch-list, and closeout.
