Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Industrial Superintendent to oversee field operations on complex manufacturing and industrial construction projects. You''ll lead mobilization through project completion, coordinating multiple trades inside active facilities while prioritizing safety, schedule, and quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial supervision, strong knowledge of mechanical, structural, civil construction, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial or heavy industrial construction projects.
• Experience working in active manufacturing, processing plants, refinery, power generation, steel, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, structural, civil, and industrial construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining aggressive schedules.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA certifications are a plus.
