Job summary

Consigli Construction, Milford, CT, seeks a Senior Superintendent to provide on-site construction management within Field Operations. You will oversee self-perform labor, subcontractors, safety programs, quality control, and scheduling to ensure alignment with contract plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management with at least 5 years of field experience, OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred), and strong leadership to coordinate multiple teams and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management and at least 5 years of construction field experience.
• Strong understanding of building plans and specifications.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Manage budget development and monthly cost-to-complete.
• Develop and implement a site-specific quality plan (SSQP).
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials and supplies for self-perform operations.
• Track progress against baseline schedule and communicate weekly with subcontractors.
• Interface professionally with client representatives, A-E representatives, and other contractors.
