Job summary

Nicholas & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day project operations across industrial and commercial markets. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate contractors, engineers, and owners to deliver projects on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires OSHA-30 certification, strong communication, and proven ability to manage schedules and documentation. Occasional extended hours and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Superintendent or similar in commercial/industrial construction.
• OSHA-30 certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the construction site daily.
• Conduct daily site walks and monitor activities.
• Lead and manage the on-site construction team.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for weekly progress meetings.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and contractual scope.
• Maintain daily field reports and RFIs, coordinating inspections.
