Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Superintendent to lead field operations for our North Shore projects in Massachusetts. You will manage commercial and multifamily sites, coordinate subcontractors, and partner with the Project Manager to drive safety, quality, and schedule from preconstruction through completion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong leadership, and extensive knowledge of safety, scheduling, and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to command respect and cooperation from team members.
• Excellent time and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Implement project safety protocol and ensure compliance with regulations and quality control standards.
