Job summary

One Source Construction LLC is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to own field operations on public and commercial projects in Massachusetts. You will run the job, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with company leadership to keep schedules moving.

You must have a MA Supervisors license, OSHA 30, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 80+ lbs. This role emphasizes proactive decision-making and strong documentation in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License is required.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification required.
• Driver's License required.
• Must be able to lift 80+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Maintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standards
• Review plans, specifications, and address discrepancies
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore
• Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership
