Ricoh USA, Inc. in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume copiers, perform basic maintenance, and support mail and office services on customer sites. The role may involve reception duties and light building support as needed.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED with related experience, proficiency in MS Office, and valid driving credentials. Occasional travel between client sites is possible.

Qualificações

• Requires HS diploma or GED with 1-2 years related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsabilidades

• Operates high volume copying and finishing work.
• Ensures copiers are working and checks quality via daily inspections.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and escalates to technicians.
• Performs setup of equipment per customer (toner, paper, etc).
• Performs duties of scanning and/or imaging documents.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Distributes office supplies, mail, and faxes as required.
• Delivers completed jobs to predefined customer locations.
• Maintains daily meter and service logs.
• May travel between customer's buildings.
