• Ensures copiers are working properly and checks quality during daily inspections.
• Performs repair service on customer copier equipment.
• Maintains records for management and inventory of supplies.
• Distributes office supplies, faxes, and mail; handles shipping duties.
• Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains billing logs.
• Responds to and coordinates service calls with customers.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations as required.
• Maintains daily meter and service logs.
• May travel between customer locations for service.
