Job summary

Ricoh Company, Ltd. is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to manage on-site copy and finishing operations, perform basic repairs, and support mail, shipping, and reception duties at customer sites in Goodlettsville.

The role requires handling high-volume equipment, coordinating service calls, and maintaining logs while delivering excellent customer service and reliable support to on-site teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related work experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.

Responsibilities

• Operates high-volume copy machines and performs binding/finishing.
• Checks copier quality via daily inspections; clears jams and notifies technicians.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and escalates calls.
• Sets up equipment per customer requirements (toner, paper, etc.).
• Performs scanning/imaging of documents.
• May provide reception services on a temporary basis.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Distributes office supplies and mail to personnel and drop-off points.
• Calculates charges for jobs and maintains logs.
• Responds to and coordinates service calls from customers.
• Delivers completed jobs to designated customer locations.
• Maintains daily meters and service logs.
• May travel between customer buildings.
• Answers questions regarding status or feasibility of requests.
• Keeps copier areas neat and stocked.
• Performs duties related to shipping/receiving and dock work as needed.
• May require overtime nights/weekends including emergencies.
