Ricoh Company, Ltd. seeks a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume copy/production equipment and perform binding, mailing, and related tasks on customer sites. You will handle shipping/receiving, basic maintenance, and occasional reception duties.

The role requires strong hands-on skills, ability to troubleshoot, document service activities, and occasional travel between client locations with overtime as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.

Aufgaben

• Operate high-volume production copy machines and perform binding/finishing.
• Check convenience copiers for quality; perform daily inspections and clear jams.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate to technicians when needed.
• Set up equipment per customer specifications (toner, paper, etc).
• Perform scanning/imaging of documents as required.
• May provide Reception services on a temporary basis.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Distribute mail, faxes, and office supplies to personnel as required.
• Respond to and coordinate service calls with customers.
• Deliver completed jobs to predetermined customer locations; may travel between buildings.
