Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume duplicating and production equipment, perform basic repairs, and handle mail and shipping duties. The role may involve receptionist duties, light maintenance, and coordinating service calls with customers on site.

You will work under the Site Manager or Supervisor, with potential overtime evenings and weekends, and travel between customer buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Performs setup of equipment as prescribed by the customer (toner, paper).
• Performs duties of scanning/imaging documents and basic repairs escalated to technicians.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations and coordinates service calls.
