Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Ensures printers and copiers are functioning properly through daily inspections.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and coordinates with technicians for repairs.
• Performs setup of equipment as prescribed by the customer (toner, paper, etc.).
• Performs duties of scanning and imaging documents.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Distributes office supplies, faxes, mail; may travel between buildings.
