Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate high volume copy machines and perform binding/finishing tasks.
• Check copier quality and clear paper jams; inform technicians of issues.
• Troubleshoot and elevate equipment problems as needed; setup equipment per customer requests.
• Handle scanning/imaging, mail and reception duties as required.
• Maintain service logs, inventory of supplies, and prepare management reports.
