Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume duplicating, production, mail and bindery equipment, perform copier maintenance, and support on-site operations.

The role involves setting up equipment, troubleshooting, shipping/receiving, light facilities duties, and occasional receptionist support. The candidate should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years related copy experience, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and elevates calls to technicians.
• Performs setup of equipment as prescribed by the customer.
• Performs duties of scanning and/or imaging documents.
• May perform Reception services on temporary/occasional basis.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
• Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel.
