Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high-volume copying and mail/receiving tasks at a customer site in Monroe, NC, with possible light maintenance duties.

You will troubleshoot equipment, set up devices per customer specifications, and support scanning, shipping, and filing activities. The role also involves reception coverage, housekeeping, and meeting room setups as needed, with occasional travel between buildings and potential overtime to meet urgent

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid drivers license and minimum auto insurance coverage.
• Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Performs setup of equipment as prescribed by the customer (toner add, stocks paper, etc).
• Performs duties of scanning and/or imaging documents.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
• Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel.
• Delivers completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations within and outside of the site.
