Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume production copy machines and perform binding.
• Check quality via daily inspections and clear jams.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and escalate upscale calls.
• Set up equipment per customer requirements (toner, paper).
• Handle scanning and imaging documents.
• May perform reception duties occasionally.
• Maintain records and inventories and prepare reports.
• Coordinate service calls and deliver completed jobs to customers.
• Maintain copier areas and ship/receive materials.
• Travel between buildings as needed.
