Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist in Beaverton, OR. You will operate high‑volume copiers, perform setup, finishing, scanning, and light mailroom duties at customer sites, and coordinate with technicians as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related work experience, basic MS Office skills, and strong customer relations and verbal communication. Occasional overtime and travel between buildings may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years related work experience.
• Copy job experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
• Demonstrate competency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume/production copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and escalate calls to technicians.
• Set up equipment as prescribed by the customer (toner, paper, etc).
• Scan and/or image documents.
• Maintain records and logs of service and supplies.
• Travel between customer buildings may be required.
• Respond to and coordinate service calls with customers.
